This course is offered either as a two-hour or one-day course. Throughout both workshops, we give young people the opportunity to explore the power of different types of creative mediums in fostering change, healing, and enlightenment. They will be introduced to various creative activities and will be given the time to create something meaningful to them.

On the one-day course, participants will also be able to get involved in photography and film production-orientated exercises as well as writing, drawing, art and audio.
